Kendall, Candace, Spencer and I started up the trail near Rock Canyon Campground around 11:30am Sunday. The first half of the trail is fairly steep and covered with loose rock while the last half of the trail has amazing views of Cascade and Provo Peaks. Cascade Saddle is with out a doubt the most under rated hike in all of Utah County.
We made it to the Saddle and back to the car in just under 4 hours.
