Lower Chute Canyon
Lower Chute canyon is a nice canyon but not worth taking to much time to explore. The canyon never really slots up like upper chute, but there are some decent campsites under the cottonwood trees near Chute on the behind the reef road.
We have hiked Lower Chute Canyon twice. We only hiked chute a second time because we got a flat tire as we pulled into the campsite and did not want to risk driving around the swell on our spare. So we just stuck around camp and hiked Chute.
