Joes Valley
If you enjoy swimming in warm clean water the Joes Valley is the place for you. Not much hiking in the area so we Frequently visit the area after spending a few days in the swell to cool and clean off. On occasion we make Joes only trips to cool off in the heat of summer.
On our most recent trip we drove to Joes from Utah Coutnry, up Ephraim Canyon to the Skyline Drive, and then down the Orangeville road to Joes Valley. The next day after packing up camp we went for a quick swim in the lake then drove the dirt road from Joes to Fairview Canyon, then back home. Both of these roads are easily passable in a passenger car with moderate clearance.
Once you arrive at Joes the best jumping cliffs are just off the road north of the dam.

Nice write up. All of these pictures are great. The HDR pictures you are taking look awesome. I am too chicken to jump of cliffs like that. But it does look like you had some fun.
