Squaw Peak
April and I started hiking up to Squaw Peak from the Rock Canyon trail head around 5:30 PM. The temperature was an unpleasant 101° as we started out.

At the second bridge there was still a small amount of water running.

40min later were are at the trail leading north toward Squaw Peak.
After a steep hike up from Rock Canyon we came across this large meadow and starting getting great views of the valley and surrounding peaks.
